View Product Descriptions
This MicroContent Type defines a product on sale.
A product type can contain the following fields:
- product title - the name of the product;
- image - an image of the product, which links to another MicroContent Type Images;
- author/brand - the author, product group;
- manufacturer/publisher - the producer of the product;
- price - the price of the product;
- asin - the amazon product id;
- release date - the date first on the market;
- average rating - the appreciation by the shop customers;
- sales rank - the popularity of the product in terms of sales;
These fields seem a mix of shop, customer and product. In the longer term these fields must be split apart in order to allow for better aggregation.
