Web 2.0 = Community

Om Malik (and Robert Young) discuss that several Web 2.0 services have a special relationship with their customers/users. Their customers form a community. He calls this a two-way collaboration for innovation model. The community implies that not only the data will be outside. Web2.0 also implies no more switching costs.
