Tag clouds

The interest in Tag Clouds only seems to be growing. It seems that each user will create his own tag cloud through his bookmarks, weblog posts, etc. Tag clouds are the reference for advertising (see Zoomtags). Tag clouds are rapidly becoming separate entities, separate MicroContent (Lists?). We only are waiting for personal tag cloud based search and recommendations. I prefer those services over personal attention based services.

So the question becomes how I should publish my personal tag cloud? An OPML-file maybe? And when I created a hierarchical structure, should I publish that as well? Who would be interested in this?
