Reading Lists

Dany Ayers explains how to generate an OPML Reading List from a Delicious feed with a RedaingList tag. He mentsions that a Reading List should be dynamic and that it should be short. And short for him is 5 lists. A Reading List is in OPML format, but as Danny shows any other format (such as a feed) is possible as well.

I agree with the dynamic bit. People change their habits in time. I am not so sure about the short thing. It seems that the definition of Reading List is not yet stable. I still do not get the difference with BlogRoll. It seems that a Reading List is a short version of a BlogRoll that only includes the most popular feeds.
