Qumana
Qumana has created a client, which allows you to create blog-entries and publish them. Their central idea falls around quoting. The creation tool lives side by side to a browser. By highlighting text in the browser and dragging it to the creation tool, you can create blog-posts. They have the tag [cite]Microcontent Publishing at the speed of reading[/cite] on their web-page.
Interesting, but not yet Microcontent. Great if you do a lot of quoting.
