Gliffy: diagram service

Gliffy allows a user (or more) to create diagrams. The web application looks very good. The most interesting thing is that a finished diagram can be published on the Internet as a Jpeg image. Just click publish and the service gives the user several links (permalink!) for the diagram. The difference between the links is the size and resolution of the image. Next one can just embed the image in a web-page or blog-post.

Here is an example:

If you click on the link you will see the diagram at Gliffy with two frames (above and below) with Google ads. Just use a decent browser and you will not see those.

I’ve been using Gliffy for a while and really like it. There’s a competitor out there called Cumulate Draw. It doesn’t have the features as Gliffy but doesn’t need Flash. I’ve just written a review at my blog. My blog is to uninstall ALL applications from my desktop and replace it with online tools. Check the review out at:

Thanks for the review of Gliffy. We are very appreciative.  If you have any suggestions and/or feedback please drop us a line at our newly revamped website! Thanks,
