Direction Nyons and the Baronnies

Nyons is famous for its olives and olive oil, which is created from a special olive variety. The are multiple pressing mills where the oil is created and where you can taste the various oils. But you are also in the wine region, Côte du Rhône. A bit more to the south are some to the famous regions, where you surely should try out some of the wines. And you will pass Vaison La Romaine where you can find some roman remains with a great amphitheatre.

Return over the Mont Ventoux and admire the cycling enthusiasts, which want to create some personal cycling history. You can also return through Buis les Baronnies, a nice historic village with vaulted corridors. Then continue to Séderon and the lavender fields and apricot plots to the Gorges de Méouge, where you can take a last dive before returning to Le Domaine.
