In the table below the availability for our holiday homes (gîtes) is indicated. Some translations:

The prices are divided into a high-, middle and low tariffs. Which tariffs is applicable depends on the week. Prices are indicate in Euro per week.
These prices include gas, warm water and electricity. The gîtes require guarantee of 50% of a weeks rental. This guarantee will be returned in its entirity if the gîte is left clean and in good order. If this is not the case the guarantee might not be returned in its entirety.
Deze prijzen zijn inclusief gas, warm water en elektriciteit. Voor de gîtes dient een borg ter hoogte van 100 Euro. Deze borg wordt volledig terugbetaald indien het huis schoon en in goede staat wordt achtergelaten. Bij het in gebreke blijven kan (een gedeelte van) de borg worden ingehouden.
In the cold months (november to march) you have to pay extra for the heating. Le Poème and La Lavandole have no heating costs. For La Ferme this depends on the usage. After your stay the amount of fuel used is measured and you will have to pay accordingly.

For the gîtes bed, bath and kitchen packages can be rented.
Reserve
You can reserve a gîte by contacting us by email or phone (00 33 492 57 11 33). We will then send you a confirmation letter with all the details and the conditions.
Within four weeks of sending the confirmation letter you must pay at least 40% of the total costs on one of our bank accounts.
Payment
A reservation is only final once we received at least 25% of the total costs on the bank account of Domaine de Sivas, Oze, France at Credit Agricole (IBAN International Bank Account Number: FR76 1130 6000 6265 0368 2413 378 and BIC swift Bank Identification Code : AGRIFRPP813).
The rest of the amount due must be paid eight weeks before the arrival date. If you reserve 12 weeks before arrival date, you must pay the total amount due in one go. Not paid in time can be viewed as annulation and the accomodation might be rented to others.
