In a wide valley in the Hautes-Alpes lies the Domaine de Sivas. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, covered with woods, the Domaine exhibits tranquility and beauty. The Domaine covers some 70 hectacres, mostly woodland, but also ravins, walking paths and farmland. La Ferme, La Lavandole and Le Poème are surrounded by private terrain with seating areas in the shade and the sun. The pure water is taken from a natural source, our own bees create delicious honey and there is a lot of fruit for jams. The vegetable garden offers lots of beautiful products for our vegetarian meals. It is a beautiful place to play and rest, to look at the magnificent sky at night, to make a stroll, to listen to the owls or to finally read that book.
This part of France has a lot of sunshine, so even in spring and autumn it is a good place to be. Even in the winter it is often possible to sit outside. Close-by two villages can be visited with charming markets. Many walking tours can be made nearby. Also fans of water have many possibilities: at 10 minutes by car is a river and a lake.
