A few days ago, I decided to buy this piece of software. I have been using the evaluation version for ages. I like the software very much. It is very easy to drag&drop in order to upload files. I have not used any of the other features yet. I am now so often ftp’ing, I wanted the app.

This is a tool, which allows visual thinking and thus structuring of your thoughts. I was triggered by the name Pyramid. I am a fan of the Pyramid principle, which is a way to structure your presentations. I hope that this tools is any good. It is however not free, so it really must be very good before I will buy it.
I had a look and decide it was too limited for me. I like a picture, but I would also like to add text. Notetaker works better for me in organizing my thoughts.

This is a tool that allows you to change multiple docks and switch between them.
It sounds interesting. I do several tasks, which need different applications. To handle that I now created multiple accounts. But this tool might be useful. I will download and test it.
I had a look at it, but do not like it. It puts yet another thing on my screen. And an addition in my top menu is not very useful either. I will continue to use a folder in my dock to access other apps. This is too different from the dock.

| I wanted to access a library stored on a CD, so I needed a switcher app. Searching through Google, I found this one. The application allows me to create and switch between libraries. It seems pretty useful. I will try it out for a while. Now I need something to move pictures between libraries. |
Mellel is my preferred word processor. It started as a quest for a MS Word alternative. I can do all the things I want with this application. I mainly use it for creating contracts and pamphlets. I no longer do heavy word processing and for analysis I use NoteTaker.

I just read that Gimp is now also available on OS-X. That is under X-Windows. Unfortunately I decided that I do not like such ports, so I guess I have to wait until a real ported version comes.
