Snapshots from Hell

I bought this book by accident. I thought I bought a police thriller by Peter Robsinson, but that turend out to be someone else. I however read this book and it was very pleasurably reading, especially for someone who rejected the commercial world as well.

Peter Robinson is a former script writer of Ronald Reagan. At the end of Reagan's reign he decides to get a MBA from Stanford. He has however a literary background (a poet), which makes his life very difficult at Stanford. He accountes how he fights through this. And he observes his fellow students and their ambitions. Great reading. However do not expect a thorough analysis of a MBA study.
