This book is an amazing account of a very brave NPR Reporter, Anne Garrels, of the war in Iraq. She stayed in a hotel in Baghdad during the war and braved the Iraq government. She tried to understand the Iraqis and their suppressed feelings. This gives a very interesting view on the events. It is a pity that I missed her NPR recordings. Author: Ann Garrels |
